At Aesthelry, most of our products are made-to-order at our international factory.

The production period varies depending on the product. It typically takes 6-15 business days (maximum 20 days, depending on the oder).

Due to custom and handmade nature of the product there may be slight size and appearance difference on each product.

The color of the product may differ from the product photos due to monitor settings and environmental factors.

Most of the products of 'Aesthelry' are ordered and produced one by one at directly managed factories.
Because the system is manufactured after the order is confirmed, exchanges and refunds due to a simple change of mind are not possible.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us through Kakao Open Chat or by phone within 1 hour after confirming the order to cancel.
Items are sent after careful inspection, but if you want to exchange it due to a defective product - Please contact us through Kakao Open Chat or by phone within 24 hours of receiving the product.
We will accept returns through the post office courier service. Automatic collection is not possible.

Our products are handmade and shipped from our international fulfillment center which takes approximately 7-10 business days.
